There will be shuttles to and from the wedding for all guests. We would prefer if you left the mountain driving to the professionals (see FAQ for more details). Please also note that Ubers in Vail can be sporadic. The best way to get around Vail is by rental car or through the town of vail free bus (details below)

Denver International Airport (DEN) and Eagle Country Region (EGE) are the closest airports. While EGE is closest to Vail (~20 minute drive), there are many more flight options for DEN (~2 hour drive). We recommend DEN in case you experience any delays / cancellations and need to change your flight.

All guests are welcome to attend our Boots & Brews Party on Friday early evening. Please factor in driving time from either airport (see above) if you plan to attend on Friday or if you are flying in on Saturday for the ceremony. While the drive to Vail can be extremely easy and painless 98% of the time, there are certain times that I-70 (the only main road into the mountains) can get backed up with accidents, weather traffic, etc. Please also note that the the sooner the better to start adjusting to our mountain altitude!

We recommend renting a car from one of the airports (and carpooling if you can)! Alternatively, there are several shuttle services between the airport and Vail (advanced booking is required).

The Town of Vail has a free bus that connects the two villages of Vail, as well as the surrounding area. We recommend staying near a bus stop if you book an Airbnb or VRBO on your own to make getting around town easy! Most bus lines run from about 6am to 1am daily.
